Ah, disembarkation! While getting on the ship was a rushed affair,
disembarkation was a hurry up and wait. We started the morning by
going to the restaurant for a quick breakfast. After getting seated,
we snuck out a for a few minutes, went downstairs to the Crystal to check
out, and ate a quiet meal.Unfortunately that is when the massive
confusion began as everyone was told to meet in certain parts of the ship
for deboarding at staggered times. It ended up with virtually everyone
in the Rendezvous lounge all at once with everyone waiting and waiting for
their colors to be called. Some people talked, some people read books,
others slept.

There should have been a better way to handle that.....
Anyway, when our color was finally called, we lined up, left the ship (no
problems at all leaving), gathered our bags along with 2000 other people,
and went through final customs. It is amazing to see hundreds of bags
all unloaded from the ship and arranged in groups under colored signs.
If I were a bit more paranoid, I could see plenty of opportunity for theft-
although it would be totally ironic to steal someone's bag, get caught in a
random check by customs, and have to explain what everything in "your" bag
is!
No pictures of this area. There are signs all over the place saying
no photography.
