The Hemisphere lounge is the center of activity for the late night crowd
with music, dancing, and lots of noise. I found it a great place to
just sit early in the afternoon or when we got back from shore excursions.
Of special interests are the seats at the very front of the lounge with
large glass panes overlooking the scenery. For total relaxation, try
the corner benches with their unbelievable views.
Just wish the windows were cleaned more often!

This is the corner that I was mentioning above. During the course
of the day people could be found here nestled up with a book, taking in the
ocean, and just relaxing. On the right is one of several compasses
found at strategic points in the Hemisphere. Interestingly, they are
not that accurate. Two on the same side of the ship differed in
direction by about 30 degrees. Hope the Captain's compass is more
accurate!

The center stage during the day. As you can see there is not much
activity up here, in fact, the crew had ladders out and were working on the
monitors. On the right is the corner of the bar and the exit from the
Hemisphere to the rest of the ship. The light levels give you some
idea how subdued the lounge is during the daytime.

At night things are a bit more hectic. Lights, loud music, and lots
of action. There were prominent signs out several nights stating that
the lounge was for adult guests only. Just an extra bit of caution to
keep teenagers out of trouble.
